We are a veteran-owned, full-service lodging and event management company that partners with state and federal agencies across the USA to expertly plan and execute lodging, meeting, and event contracts. We handle it all from sourcing properties and negotiating rates and terms to managing each contract from cradle to grave. Having successfully managed over 600 lodging and event contracts, we have built a superior reputation in our industry. We are now expanding into the corporate meetings and events market — and we’re looking for a dynamic, fearless Sales Pro to lead that effort. If you’re confident on the phone and love connecting with people, this could be a perfect fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Generate leads and build a corporate client pipeline.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to connect with the admins that currently plan events and their decision-makers.
• Schedule appointments for our Director of Sales & Events so we can provide a comprehensive and complimentary quote for their upcoming meetings/events.
• Help close new business deals and exceed sales goals.
• Track outreach and maintain records of calls and contacts.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience: Must have sales experience with lead generation. Hospitality background in lodging or event sales is preferred.
• Skills: Professional, strong communicator, persuasive, organized, and goal-driven.
• Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Online products.
• Traits: Confident cold-caller, self-starter, motivated closer.
• Education: High school diploma or higher (Hospitality, Marketing, or Business degree a plus).
