JOB DESCRIPTION
HOTEL SITE INSPECTOR
We are a small, veteran-owned business that provides service management to various state and federal agencies. Our goal and requirement is to provide the absolute best facilities that are clean, comfortable and safe.
Our company is in search of someone to inspect a local hotel for cleanliness approximately one time per month. Candidate should be located within 15-20 minutes driving distance of the hotel. The ideal candidate will go through a provided checklist, take pictures and notes, and and upload all information to our google shared drive after your visit. Attention to detail is a must to ensure the quality of the hotel is communicated sufficiently. Flexible schedule. The ideal candidate may do site visits during the week or weekend, but it must take place during the day in order to get a good look at the grounds. This is a part-time, contract job that requires about 2 1/2 hours of work per visit, including travel time and paperwork.
Qualifications
Hotel or property management experience preferred, or a frequent traveler that has stayed at many hotels
Attention to detail is a must
Neat, clean, and professional appearance and demeanor is a requirement
Ability to upload Google Drive onto personal cell phone to load pictures and documents into Mother Daughter folder
Ideal Background
Hotel/Restaurant/Events Management Industry highly preferred. Degree in Marketing/Hotel Administration/Business Administration preferred, but not required. Strong customer service/FOH background necessary. Car Insurance required. MUST be reliable and professional.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: starting at $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
